Our Leadership…

The vision of Feed My Lambs came when God spoke to Elizabeth Weatherby, Founder, and instructed her to “Go get the babies and the little children for I am raising up a holy nation and a holy people.”  God called Elizabeth out of the country music business to focus her talents on glorifying Him.  She travels and speaks, sharing the ministry vision with community members, businesses and local area churches that might want to partner with FML for these children and their neighborhoods.

Kells Weatherby Sr., Elizabeth’s husband, served as President of the ministry until March 2005 when he went to be with Jesus.  His life served as marvelous testimony of God’s grace and unfailing love.  Kells Sr. walked away from the “corporate life” to serve God full time with Feed My Lambs.  He truly showed God’s unconditional love and was a constant encouragement to all who knew him.

Kells Weatherby II served as interim President the year that his father was battling cancer.  Considering his outstanding service, the board voted unanimously to keep Kells on board as President of the ministry.  Kells also serves as the Executive Assistant on staff at Brownsville Assembly of God in Pensacola, Florida.  He and his wife have been in full time ministry since 1996, and they have two beautiful sons.

Together, our leadership works to open and operate Feed My Lambs schools and to teach and train others how to open these schools.  Countless lost and hurting families have been reached through the babies & little children.  If you are interested in partnering with FML, please contact our office. “And a little child shall lead them.” Isaiah 11:6
